The report was intended to focus more on public transportation than to provide a detailed analysis of the issues.

While transportation in Moscow is developing in various directions, other regions face such problems as wear and tear of the rolling, poor service and navigation quality, not to mention the environmental unfriendliness of usable transport. The route network is often not optimized nor updated. This leads to a stereotype, public transportation is associated with difficulties and inconveniences.
